Group Programming
Disordered Eating Support Groups
A consistent community of individuals in the same situation as you to connect with and learn from on a biweekly basis. We offer two virtual groups via zoom– one for adolescents with eating disorders and one for adults with disordered eating.
Parent Programming
Parent Support Group
To connect with others and gain real-time, personalized support while you navigate eating disorder treatment with your child, join our parent support group. Groups are run for 4-5 sessions each season on Wednesday evenings via zoom from 7 to 8pm. The groups are hosted by Julia, but often feature a special guest – such as therapists, physicians, recovery coaches and other specialists in the field.
